This summary is a guide. The full terms below govern the Services.
Welcome to Stealth. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Stealth website, Windows desktop application, iPhone application, customer accounts, software downloads, licensed access, subscriptions, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
Stealth provides the Services described in these Terms. For support, billing, or legal questions, contact support@getstealth.net.
By creating an account, purchasing a license, downloading, installing, or using Stealth, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.
Stealth is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years or older.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to access or use the Services.
By creating an account, purchasing a license, downloading, or using Stealth, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
Individuals under 18 are not permitted to create accounts, purchase licenses, download, install, or use the Services, including through another person's account.
We reserve the right to request reasonable age verification and suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.
Stealth provides Windows desktop software for simulating the location reported by a compatible iPhone connected over USB or, on supported configurations, over Wi-Fi after pairing. Desktop-controlled Wi-Fi operation still requires the Windows app and the necessary computer-to-phone connection; removing the USB cable does not turn that mode into phone-only operation.
The Stealth iPhone app is installed and initially configured through a compatible Windows computer. After installation, supported phone controls can operate without keeping the computer connected, provided the required pairing, signing, permissions, and local connection remain available. Initial installation, updates, or renewal of an expired signing profile may require Windows again. The iPhone app is not a standalone browser download.
Licensed location-control features require active access linked to your verified email address. Sign in with the same email in the Windows and iPhone apps; you do not need to enter a separate license key.
Available features can include selecting a simulated location, moving along a route, scheduling location changes, and stopping or clearing a simulated location. Availability depends on the installed version, supported device, connection method, and operating-system restrictions.
Stealth changes reported location information through supported device and developer connections; it does not move your device physically or guarantee that every app will use the simulated location. Device compatibility and available features can change for legitimate technical, security, or legal reasons, subject to purchase promises and applicable consumer rights.
You are responsible for choosing how and where to use Stealth and for ensuring that your use is authorized and complies with Section 5. Purchasing access does not grant permission to violate another service's rules.
Certain Stealth features require a registered customer account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
You must notify Stealth promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not impersonate another person, register fraudulent accounts, share account credentials, or create multiple accounts to abuse trials, promotional offers, or licensing restrictions.
We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent, unauthorized, or abusive activity.
You may use Stealth only on devices, computers, and accounts that you own or are expressly authorized to control.
You must not use Stealth to alter or misrepresent another person's location without their lawful and informed authorization.
You are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions before connecting a device or using the software. This includes authorization for any Apple account, network, computer, and payment method you use during setup or operation.
Possession of a device or knowledge of its password does not automatically establish authorization to modify its location information.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party platform requirements.
You are responsible for how you use Stealth and for checking the laws and rules that apply to that use. This includes applicable laws and regulations, app and game terms, platform and account policies, community guidelines, and school or workplace rules that lawfully apply to you. A Stealth license does not give you permission to disregard those requirements.
You must not use Stealth to:
You must not attack, overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to Stealth servers, accounts, checkout, installers, or update systems; distribute altered installers as official releases; or tamper with security, payment, or license checks. Do not automate account creation, falsify eligibility, or reset or manipulate account and device information to obtain repeated trials or promotions. These restrictions do not remove rights granted by applicable law or open-source licenses. Report suspected security issues privately to support@getstealth.net.
We may investigate credible reports of misuse and take proportionate action, including restricting or ending access as described in Section 18. Nothing here requires us to monitor all use or guarantees that we can detect or prevent every misuse.
Stealth is an independent software product.
Stealth is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with Apple, Microsoft, or any third-party application or service unless expressly stated otherwise.
Third-party services may detect location simulation and deny features, remove rewards, restrict or suspend access, or ban accounts under their own rules. A Stealth purchase does not authorize conduct that those rules prohibit or guarantee protection against enforcement. You are responsible for deciding whether your intended use is permitted and for consequences caused by your violation of those rules, subject to the protections and limits in Section 19.
You are solely responsible for understanding and following the rules of any third-party service you use.
Stealth does not guarantee that its location-simulation features will function with any specific application, service, device, or operating-system version.
Third-party software updates, security changes, and platform restrictions may affect functionality without advance notice.
Map display, place search, imagery, and road routing depend on third-party services. Depending on the app and selected appearance, providers include CARTO, OpenStreetMap contributors, OpenFreeMap, Photon (Komoot), Apple, Esri, and FOSSGIS. Their content remains subject to the applicable provider terms and licenses. CARTO basemaps are subject to the CARTO Basemaps Terms; OpenStreetMap data is subject to its copyright and Open Database License notices.
Do not remove or obscure required map attribution, extract service keys, bulk-download provider data, or use the map features contrary to provider restrictions. Third-party coverage, availability, search results, and routes may change or contain errors. Stealth may use a fallback provider when a map service is unavailable. These map features are for location selection and simulation, not safety-critical or real-time navigation. Our Privacy Policy describes the request information sent to map providers.
Stealth does not guarantee that every application will recognize or display a simulated location.
Different applications may use GPS, Wi-Fi, cellular signals, IP addresses, and other information to determine location.
Simulated location information may remain active temporarily after software closes or a device disconnects.
You are responsible for stopping location simulation and verifying your actual location before using navigation, emergency assistance, location sharing, or other safety-critical services.
Stealth must not be relied upon for emergency response, medical assistance, rescue operations, or other situations requiring accurate real-world location information.
Stealth requires an iPhone running iOS 17.4 or later with Developer Mode enabled on the iPhone, including when controlling location from Windows. Windows Developer Mode is not required. Setup may also require a compatible Windows computer, USB connection, device drivers, internet access, or additional system components.
You are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchasing.
Installation and use may require operating-system permissions, trusted-device authorization, or administrative access.
You agree to review and authorize any required changes to your own devices. Supported connection methods can use local helper processes, developer connections or tunnels, pairing records, and commands sent to your authorized device. Closing an app or disconnecting a cable may not immediately clear every connection or simulated location. Use the available stop and disconnect controls and verify the device location before relying on it. Keep appropriate backups before installation or system changes. These precautions do not remove our responsibility for defects or harm where the law makes us responsible.
Obtain Stealth installers and updates through our official website or the app update flow. We cannot verify the safety or integrity of packages altered or distributed by an unrelated party.
Stealth is not responsible for incompatibility caused by unsupported hardware, modified operating systems, third-party software conflicts, or changes outside our control, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Access to location-control features requires an active entitlement linked to your verified email address. Current apps use email verification codes rather than requiring you to type a license key. Internal license records administer that access.
Access records may be associated with a customer account, email address, computer, device, or installation identifier.
A license grants limited permission to use Stealth during the purchased access period. It does not transfer ownership of the software.
Unless expressly authorized in writing, licenses are personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable.
You may not share account access, resell an entitlement, or use another person’s activation credentials.
We may revoke or suspend licenses involved in fraud, unauthorized sharing, payment disputes, security abuse, or material violations of these Terms.
Complimentary licenses and promotional access may have additional limitations.
Stealth licenses may include device activation limits.
The current combined Windows + Mobile plan allows one Windows installation and one iPhone at a time. Any different allowance will be disclosed before purchase. For device-transfer assistance, contact email support or choose Discord. Use email for private account details.
Changing computers, reinstalling an operating system, or replacing hardware may require an activation reset.
We may provide activation resets through customer support or account-management features.
Reset requests may be reviewed to prevent license sharing or misuse.
You must not manipulate device identifiers, bypass activation limits, or interfere with license verification.
Stealth sells Monthly and Annual subscriptions and a one-time Lifetime plan through Stripe-hosted checkout. The selected plan, total due, currency, billing interval, included access, and any applicable trial are shown before you confirm. Applicable taxes are shown in checkout. Your purchase is linked to the email used in checkout. If that email has no account yet, an account is created automatically; otherwise the purchase links to the existing account.
Monthly and Annual plans are recurring subscriptions. Lifetime is a single payment and does not renew. Any separate offer must state its price, duration, and renewal terms before purchase. Merely viewing a price or creating an account does not authorize a charge.
The specific price, access period, included features, trial, and renewal terms clearly offered and accepted at checkout govern that purchase if they differ from a general description here. Later changes to these Terms do not remove those purchase promises or mandatory consumer rights.
Checkout confirmation and the billing record identify your purchase. If payment succeeds but access does not appear, sign in with the same verified email and contact email support with the order reference. Do not send full card details. General setup help is also available through Discord.
By purchasing, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that your billing information is accurate.
We may refuse or cancel transactions involving suspected fraud, unauthorized payments, or genuine pricing errors, subject to applicable law.
Stealth may change prices for future purchases. Any changes to existing subscriptions will be handled according to the applicable checkout terms and legal notice requirements.
Recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the price and interval shown in checkout unless canceled before renewal. Stripe handles checkout and billing management. By confirming a recurring plan, you authorize the disclosed recurring charges and applicable taxes.
Where offered, eligible new customers can start a three-day trial with a payment card required on a Monthly or Annual subscription. Lifetime purchases do not include this trial. The trial starts when Stripe confirms the trial subscription, rather than when you first install or use the app. Unless you cancel before the trial end shown in checkout and your billing account, the selected subscription automatically converts to paid access at the displayed amount and billing interval. Trial eligibility is limited; creating additional accounts to repeat a trial is prohibited.
Use Manage billing in your Stealth dashboard to cancel. If the portal is unavailable, contact support@getstealth.net before the next charge. Community help is also available through Discord, but do not post payment or private account details publicly; use email for a cancellation request that you cannot complete in the portal.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Access normally continues until the displayed trial or paid period ends, unless a refund, dispute, security issue, or another lawful basis requires earlier restriction. Uninstalling the app, signing out, or stopping spoofing does not cancel billing. An ongoing subscription must be canceled and reach its end before self-service account deletion is available. You can still contact email support to request deletion or exercise any applicable privacy right. Cancellation does not remove any non-waivable refund or consumer rights.
All Stealth purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
This policy applies to purchases completed after these Terms take effect. Any refund promise made when an earlier purchase was completed remains applicable to that purchase. By purchasing Stealth, you acknowledge that you are purchasing access to digital software and agree to this refund policy, subject to non-waivable rights. Where the law requires express consent to immediate delivery or an acknowledgment concerning withdrawal rights, acceptance of these Terms alone does not replace that separate consent.
We do not ordinarily provide refunds for:
Refund requests required or permitted by applicable law may be submitted to support@getstealth.net.
Nothing in this section limits non-waivable consumer rights, including remedies for defective digital services, failed delivery, unauthorized transactions, or other circumstances protected by applicable law.
Where a refund is issued, the associated paid license may be canceled or revoked.
If Stealth offers a lifetime license, “lifetime” refers to the operational lifetime of the applicable Stealth software product, not the purchaser's natural lifetime.
Lifetime access remains valid while the applicable product is actively maintained and made available, subject to these Terms and any additional promises expressly made at purchase.
A lifetime license does not guarantee permanent compatibility with future operating systems, devices, applications, or third-party services.
Lifetime licenses do not automatically include separate products, successor products, or independently sold features.
Stealth may discontinue a product or feature for legitimate technical, security, legal, or business reasons, subject to applicable consumer rights.
The Windows app can check for Windows and mobile releases automatically, including periodic checks while open. A mobile-only release is identified separately and can be installed onto your iPhone through the Windows setup flow. Refreshing the iPhone signing profile renews the existing installation; it is not an on-phone app updater. Apple signing profiles can expire independently of your Stealth subscription or Lifetime access, and reinstalling through Windows may be required if an installation has expired.
LocalDevVPN, device pairing, Apple trust, Developer Mode where requested, and relevant system permissions may be necessary. The setup guide reports verified steps and helps identify incomplete connection requirements. Enabling a permission or completing setup does not guarantee uninterrupted background operation; iOS may suspend apps, and route or scheduled features can require Stealth to remain in the foreground.
Stealth may release updates, patches, security improvements, and compatibility changes.
Some updates may be mandatory for continued use.
Older software versions may stop functioning if they become incompatible with our infrastructure or supported devices.
We may modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or a particular update schedule.
Temporary outages may occur because of maintenance, internet connectivity, server failures, or third-party service disruptions.
Stealth and its original software, source code, website, designs, logos, branding, documentation, and related materials are owned by Stealth or its licensors.
Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
Except where expressly permitted by applicable law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, sell, decompile, reverse engineer, or create unauthorized derivative works from protected portions of Stealth.
You may not remove ownership notices or represent Stealth software as your own product.
Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses. Those licenses control the rights they grant in the covered components, including rights to obtain source code, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute where applicable; these Terms do not restrict those rights.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, store, and protect personal information.
Information may include account email addresses, authentication records, license details, device activation identifiers, payment references, technical diagnostics, and support communications.
We may use third-party providers for infrastructure, email delivery, payment processing, security, and related business functions.
By using Stealth, you agree to receive necessary transactional communications, including verification emails, license delivery messages, billing confirmations, security notices, and support responses.
Marketing communications, if offered, will be handled in accordance with applicable consent and unsubscribe requirements.
Supported apps revalidate access when opened or returned to the foreground and periodically during use. Access may change after a trial or paid period ends, cancellation takes effect, a payment is refunded or disputed, or an administrator revokes access. Confirmed loss of access blocks licensed features and prompts the app to stop an active simulated-location session. Checks depend on connectivity and may use a short-lived cached authorization; they are not a guarantee of instant revocation on an offline device or immediate restoration in every third-party app.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account or license where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, unlawful conduct, unauthorized license sharing, security abuse, payment failure, or a material violation of these Terms.
We may also restrict access when required by law or necessary to protect users, infrastructure, or third parties.
Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
You may stop using Stealth at any time.
Signing out, uninstalling, or requesting account deletion does not by itself stop Stripe billing; cancel through Manage billing or contact email support if you cannot access it. If we end your paid service, we will address future billing and any refunds required by law. These Terms do not authorize charging for a service we have permanently withdrawn.
You remain responsible for any outstanding lawful payment obligations.
After termination, provisions that by their nature must continue still apply, including accrued lawful payment obligations, intellectual-property protections, and the liability, third-party claim, and dispute provisions for conduct occurring during your use. This does not create new charges, restart canceled billing, or extend a duty beyond what applicable law permits.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Stealth is supplied “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device or app, any particular outcome, or that simulated locations will be undetectable or accepted by another service. These statements do not remove any statutory guarantee or remedy that applies to you.
You are responsible for your own unauthorized, unlawful, or prohibited use of Stealth. Where applicable law allows, Stealth and its operators are not liable for consequences directly caused by that conduct, including restrictions imposed by a third-party service for your violation of its rules. This does not excuse our own unlawful conduct or any responsibility the law places on us.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Stealth and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the Services, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. This exclusion can include losses involving device issues, account bans, loss of third-party subscriptions, loss of access, or third-party enforcement actions, but only where those losses fall within one of the excluded damage categories. It does not exclude direct losses or remedies that applicable law protects.
Where applicable law permits a financial cap, the total aggregate liability of Stealth and its operators for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to Stealth for the Services during the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. If you paid nothing during that three-month period, the cap is US $25. This cap does not reduce any refund, repair, replacement, price reduction, or compensation that applicable law requires.
These exclusions and limits do not apply to fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability or consumer right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Only to the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Stealth and its operators from third-party claims, reasonable documented losses, and necessary legal costs directly caused by your fraud, intentional unlawful use of the Services, material breach of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights. Your responsibility is limited to the proportion of the claim caused by your conduct. This obligation does not cover Stealth's or its operators' negligence, misconduct, breach of contract, or breach of law, and it does not override consumer protections.
We will give you reasonably prompt notice of a covered claim and a reasonable opportunity to participate in its defense. Any defense arrangement must be reasonable and lawful. Neither party may agree to a settlement that requires the other to admit fault, pay money, or accept a non-monetary obligation without that party's written consent. If an indemnity cannot lawfully apply to you, it does not apply.
For a dispute concerning Stealth, contact support@getstealth.net with the email linked to your account, a description of the issue, and the resolution you seek. Do not include full payment details or sign-in codes. Where the law permits, both parties agree to make a good-faith attempt to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days after the notice is received, unless the dispute is resolved sooner, before starting court proceedings.
This process does not prevent either party from seeking urgent protection, filing in small-claims court, contacting a regulator, using a statutory complaint or dispute-resolution process, or taking action needed to preserve a legal deadline. It does not shorten or automatically extend any limitation period, require you to give up a legal remedy, or delay a mandatory refund or cancellation right.
The law and courts with authority over a dispute are determined by the applicable legal rules. You retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction that applicable law provides. These Terms do not impose a foreign court, mandatory arbitration, or a waiver of consumer court rights.
We may update these Terms for changes to the Services, business operations, or legal requirements. The updated text will show a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated, and additional agreement requested, where required by law. Changes do not remove rights or promises that apply to an earlier purchase.
If a provision cannot be enforced, it will apply only to the extent lawful, and the remaining provisions continue to apply.
For legal questions, billing concerns, or support requests, email support@getstealth.net.
