Connect your iPhone
Stealth Mobile uses a local connection between your iPhone and its location-control service. Complete the pairing setup before starting a location session.
Check the basics
- Confirm that the pairing file is installed. Stealth Mobile shows this in Settings → Connection.
- Keep Developer Mode enabled and allow Stealth to use the Local Network when iOS asks.
- Open LocalDevVPN and connect it when Stealth requests the local tunnel.
- Return to Stealth and tap Connect. Wait for the status to show ready.
If the pairing file is missing
Connect the iPhone to Stealth for Windows and choose Install Stealth Mobile again. The installer can create and transfer a fresh pairing file. If it gives you a pairing file to import, open Settings → Connection → Import pairing file on the iPhone.
If connection fails
- Unlock the iPhone and keep Stealth open while connecting.
- Confirm LocalDevVPN is connected and Local Network access is allowed.
- For the first connection after setup, use Wi-Fi so required iOS device-support files can be prepared.
- Update Stealth for Windows and retry the companion installation if the phone’s pairing needs renewal.
Location simulation controls stay unavailable until the app confirms the secure connection is ready.
Use the guide to find the missing requirement
Open Connection setup guide from Settings. Read each check rather than repeating the whole installation. A pairing file establishes the device relationship, LocalDevVPN supplies the local connection, and Local Network permission lets Stealth communicate over it. Having one of these ready does not prove the others are working.
Use the permission request controls in the guide just as you would in App permissions. If a check sends you to iPhone Settings, complete the change there and return. Once the prerequisites are ready, tap Connect on the map and wait until Stealth confirms Connected before starting a session.
Connect while using cellular
If Stealth asks you to pause Cellular Data, follow that prompt while leaving LocalDevVPN connected. Return to Stealth and continue the connection attempt. Wait for Local connection ready before turning Cellular Data back on. The Done action returns you to the map; choose your destination there and tap Spoof.
Turning Cellular Data off is a connection step when requested, not a requirement to leave your phone offline for the entire session. If you turn it back on too early and the connection fails, repeat the guided connection step rather than changing your Apple account.
Reconnect after an interruption
If the phone restarted, iOS suspended the connection, or LocalDevVPN disconnected, open the VPN app and confirm its state first. Return to Stealth, keep it open, and retry Connect. Avoid repeatedly tapping while a connection attempt is already running.
If pairing is reported missing or invalid, use the pairing recovery steps above. If the app reports an expired installation instead, follow the refresh guide. These errors need different fixes; a new pairing file will not repair an expired Apple profile.
Know what “Connected” confirms
Connected means Stealth has established its device-control connection. It does not mean a new location has been selected or that every other app has refreshed its location. Pick a point, check its coordinates, and start Spoof separately. Keep an eye on connection status if a session stops unexpectedly.
For a repeatable first test, use one destination and no route. Once that works, add movement or background options one at a time. This makes it easier to tell whether a problem comes from setup, the connection, or a particular feature.
